Dave Sayce founded the company in 2012, after years running his own removals business. He loaded vans, quoted jobs, and saw first-hand what happened when people chose poorly or felt pressured into hiring the first company they found.

The problem was never a shortage of good companies. It was that people had no reliable way to find them.
