If your application looks like a good match, the first step is a quick 10–15 minute telephone call. From there, all interviews are held in person at our Cardiff office, reflecting our collaborative culture. Some roles may include a task or presentation, and senior roles may involve a second interview.
We don’t offer hybrid working as standard because we value in-person collaboration. Instead, we offer true flexibility through flexitime: our office is open from 6am–8pm and you can choose when you work within those hours. After probation, you can also work from home up to two days per month.
We support growth in lots of ways, from learning on the job and peer-to-peer coaching to formal training, certifications and conferences. We run an uncapped training approach, so you can request development whenever it supports your role and career goals. On average, you’ll have 1–2 days per month to focus on training.
