David Coplin-Chard is the Founder and Director of Landview Surveyors, a RICS-regulated firm based in Surrey. With more than 12 years of experience across estate agency, valuations, property management and residential surveying, he brings a broad understanding of the property market to every project.

As a RICS Registered Valuer and AssocRICS surveyor, David carries out RICS Level 2 Home Surveys, building surveys and residential valuations, focusing on clear communication and practical advice for homeowners.
